Last night while trying to figure out what to do for dinner, we stumbled upon a ridiculously easy and delicious white chicken chili! This recipe took no time to make and was very healthy, after all, it has only a few ingredients!
Servings Made: 2-4 servings
Prep Time: 5 minutes
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 4 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 2 (15-oz) cans Great Northern beans, drained
- 2 cups salsa verde
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
What do to:
Mix chicken broth, shredded chicken, beans, salsa and cumin into a large pot together.
Heat over medium-high heat until boiling, then cover, reduce the heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Add any of your desired toppings, we added avocado and cilantro, but you can add diced avocado, chopped fresh cilantro, shredded cheese, chopped green onions, sour cream, or crumbled tortilla chips and voila, an amazing dinner!
