We all want to healthy alternative pancakes to taste as good as the real thing but sometimes they turn out a bit… rubbery. Not this easy recipe, this is finally a protein pancake that will turn even the biggest disbelievers into protein pancake lovers, and even better they’re banana pancakes!
- 1 banana
- 1/3 c. quick oatmeal
- 1/3 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 2 egg whites
- Splash of coconut milk
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend into a batter and cook like normal pancakes. That’s it! Top with fresh fruit coconut flakes and agave and enjoy!
