We also suggest eating snacks that contain Omega-3 fats since they are proven to help fight blood pressure, heart disease, joint disease, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and other health conditions. A few Omega-3s we love are walnuts, chia seeds, fish, and some dark leafy greens!
