Like many of you, we love green juice. We love that it gives us an energy boost, detoxes our body, keeps skin looking fabulous, helps with digestion, etc. While we can go on forever with all of the positive benefits it offers, we have a confession to make – we hate drinking green juice that tastes bad, despite how wonderful it may be for us. We may try but it still takes us a while to put down a glass of something that makes us cringe. That being said, we have come up with a recipe that tastes delicious and we wanted to share!
What you’ll need:
- 2 apples
- 2 stocks of celery
- 1/2 of a large cucumber
- 1 thick slice ginger root (if you like the taste, feel free to add more!)
- 2 1/2 cups of spinach
- Small handful of parsley
- 1 peeled kiwi
- Squeeze 1 orange
Blend this up and you’re good to go! This obviously makes more than a glass or two, so keep some extra in mason jars for the next day or so.
