Ready for Fall…

Hi Friends! This past week had quite a few ups and downs and just overall an emotional week. First of all, I got into RewardsStyle which is so exciting! I love that soon I will be able to share what I am wearing and products I love easier and straight to your inbox. That excitement was followed up with a not so fun car accident – that totally sucked. I was rear-ended so hard on the 405 and am still feeling pretty sore and in pain, but I am so thankful that I was able to drive away! And last but not least, my daughter started first grade. I feel like I am still in shock.. I mean seriously.. how do I have a first grader?! So yeah – what a week.

On another note, I am SO SO SO ready for Fall. I love being cozy, sweaters, boots, pumpkin spiced everything {yes, I am that basic}, Uggs, and the holidays. To say I love the holidays would be a total understatement. I am such a child about the holidays, I love the music, the spirit, the lights, basically everything, and feel so depressed when Christmas/New Years is over. When I spotted these pieces from the Nordstrom Anniversary sale, I knew it would be perfect for Fall and I have been dying to wear it all together.

Let’s talk about these boots – yes they are gorgeous, yes they are perfect, and yes they are way too expensive but I believe that every once in a while it is OK to splurge on yourself. In fact, I prepped myself for almost a year {literally since the last anniversary sale} because in my eyes they are a pretty big splurge! I wanted to make sure I would wear them and I couldn’t be happier that I made the purchase. They are so comfy, go with absolutely everything, and are the perfect staple bootie. Another plus, since I am so short {5’1″}, the shape of the bootie elongates my leg and I love that!

If you don’t own a flannel from Rails, I highly suggest you invest in one. They are incredible comfortable, soft, and love the fit of them. I was so happy to see this piece available on the sale {couldn’t resist a blush and charcoal combination!} but I probably would have purchased it regardless. I am such a sucker for anything cozy! And these Rag & Bone jeans, oh em gee. They fit like a glove. I own a few pair of Rag & Bone jeans and they fit my body so well. I also love the raw hem on this and how cute they look folded up.

Is anyone else insanely excited for the start of the Holidays and Fall?

Thanks for stopping by!

Xx, Leslie
